Mr. Sanjay Pandey is an alumnus of IHM, Bhopal, having completed his studies in 2017. He pursued his master’s degree from Punjab Technical University in 2022 and is currently engaged in doctoral studies at Desh Bhagat University, Punjab.
Regarding his professional experience, Mr. Pandey undertook Industrial Training at Fairmont Jaipur and subsequently joined The Oberoi, New Delhi after completing his bachelor’s degree. He served there for three years, gaining experience across various food and beverage outlets, including Banquets, Resident Lounge, and Specialty Restaurant. His leadership skills were recognized with the award for Best Team Leader by Mr. Arjun Oberoi.
In 2021, Mr. Pandey joined Swami Vivekanand Group of Institutes, where he spent three years. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in designing and establishing a restaurant on the college premises and was honored as the Best Faculty by Gurmeet Singh Meet Hayer. He actively participated in international conferences and presented research papers at several international forums.
Currently, Mr. Pandey oversees the Food and Beverage department at our School of Hotel Management.
