Session on Peak Performance

Chetna Society organized a session on “Peak Performance: Unleashing the full potential”. The resource person Mr. Krishan Kumar, Assistant Professor. The objective of the session was to understand the concept of peak performance, exploring its significance, and key components so as to unleash its potential in the best possible manner. He stated that Peak performance is not a fixed state but a continuous journey of improvement and growth. It requires the right mindset, motivation, skills, and well-being.
